Monique Phifer
A Voice for the Silent
Monique Phifer is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, grief educator, speaker, coach, and the founder of Solutions for the Silent—a mental health practice created to support individuals navigating life’s most difficult and often unspoken struggles.
With over three decades of experience across multiple areas of social work, Monique has dedicated her career to helping people heal beneath the surface—especially those who appear strong on the outside while silently carrying anxiety, grief, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
Where Monique Makes an Impact
While mental health therapy remains a core part of her work, Monique’s mission has expanded beyond the therapy room.
Through speaking, coaching, and group programs, she helps individuals and organizations address the deeper issues that prevent people from showing up fully in their lives, leadership, and calling.
Her work focuses on:
Authentic identity and emotional healing
Imposter syndrome and fear of success
Burnout and boundary-setting
Grief, loss, and life transitions
Faith-informed emotional wellness
